Rules for the public website and the restricted LD LATTE Analytics corporate application.
1. General
These Terms govern the public website ldlatte.org and the internal LD LATTE Analytics application. The owner is Sole Proprietor Zalina Aligadzhievna Vakhieva, Tax ID 052105123968, Registration No. 321508100600451.
2. Public website
The website provides information about the brand, official channels, stores, the application and data practices. It is not an online store. Purchases are completed on third-party marketplaces under their terms.
3. Access to LD LATTE Analytics
The application is not a public service. Access is available only to an employee or contractor expressly authorized by LD LATTE. There is no public sign-up. Users must protect credentials and report suspected compromise immediately.
4. Acceptable use
The application may be used only for lawful work with accounts owned or administered by LD LATTE and within granted permissions. Circumventing platform restrictions, unauthorized data collection, token sharing, accessing third-party accounts and violating Meta, Google, TikTok, VK or Pinterest rules are prohibited.
5. Third-party platforms
Integrations depend on official APIs, availability and third-party policies. Users must also comply with each connected platform’s terms. LD LATTE does not control API changes, limits or third-party availability.
6. Intellectual property
LD LATTE names, website design, text, software and other materials belong to their respective rights holders or are used lawfully. Unauthorized copying and commercial use are prohibited.
7. Suspension
Access may be limited or terminated after employment or contract termination, breach of these Terms, a security threat, withdrawal of authority or a platform request.
8. Disclaimer
The website and application are provided as available. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service, but uninterrupted operation or unchanged third-party APIs cannot be guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy and deletion
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Revocation and deletion are described on the Data Deletion page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication and otherwise resolved under applicable law.
